The Neighborhood Conservancy, LLC was formed in the Spring of 2004 as a for-profit investment fund designed to offer Clintonville residents the opportunity to participate in the future of their community.

The Neighborhood Conservancy was founded on a single tenant - that neighborhood residents have a vested interest in facilitating community development and renewal that fulfills their daily needs and improves their quality of life.

Area residents provide the necessary consumer base for local business and therefore maintain an "inherent partnership" where the success of both are interdependent. Neighborhood residents know the value of their community better than anyone - who better to to help shape it?

The goal of the Neighborhood Conservancy is to strengthen local revitalization efforts by providing both financial and community support for development projects that meet fiscal requirements of investors while serving the best interests of neighborhood residents.
